Analyze incoming emails and route them to the right person

I am trying to use the power automate template called Analyze incoming emails and route them to the right person, in the description, it says this: When a new email arrives, route emails according to the category of text detected using AI Builder. The categories are predefined such as: Issues, Compliment, Customer Service, Documentation, Price & Billing, and Staff. My question is, how can I add new categories?

    Hi Victor, I was actually just trying to follow the instructions on this page Exercise - Build a custom category classification model and use it in Power Automate - Training | Microsoft Learn

    But now I realized that I do not have the proper role to create Dataverse tables.

    I will return back here once I get my role updated if I get stuck.
