I have one of my customer who has an approval Flow ,when an item is created in the sharepoint list an approval email would be triggered. He has shared the flow with few of his organization members who will also be adding items in share point list.
In the start and wait for an approval action card there are two columns: Assigned To and the Requestor field
Assigned to column is a mandatory field and is filled with the email of the creator of the Flow and in the requestor column comes the email of the one who is adding an item in the sharepoint list.
Now when the approval email is being triggered it has both "Created By" and also "Requested for". My customer's users are getting confused with this two fields in the email.
So customer's requirement is to either hide the created by field or remove it from the email.
I tried to reproduce it and found that "Created By" field is not present in the email if both the Assigned To and the Requested fields have the same value. But that cannot happen with my customer.
Please let me know if there is any work around.
Any help would be appreciated.
