I'm assuming you're using OCR because no UI Elements are available?

OCR is quite unreliable and it might've just broke on its own, things that could've affected it are as follows:

    -Font Style

    -Font Size

    -Screen Resolution

    -Window Size

    -Elements' position on the screen

-For some reason... things like: 50:00 will be found, but 50:00:50 will not.

Most I can recommend is to play around with the advanced settings and trying to change the multipliers by 1, up to like 5, past that there's no point. You could also get the sub region in which the text appears if its consistent, will make it easier. If none of that works then you might need to come up with a different method unfortunately.

UI elements are available but the name of element is never constant, the label infront of it is.  The fix was clear internet cache and it was fine.  I dont think it was size of the browser but I will monitor this... thanks

Apologies, not in the advanced settings, but in the OCR Engine Settings:
