Endless spinning blue circles display on all steps in Cloud Flow when I edit

I am trying to edit a simple cloud flow.  When I re-open, it opens using the new v3 interface, and all the steps just display spinning blue circles, including a spinning blue circle when I try to edit.  I can't seem to edit anything and don't know why this is happening.  Any ideas?

    Hi Chris,

Have you tried using a browser in incognito or in private mode? You can also try to reset the browser cache. I just tried it in my environments where it is all working OK.

hi @André Arnaud de Calavon I did try clearing cache and doing private / incognito.  The WEIRD thing is when I turn on Developer Tools in chrome, it starts working.  When I turn them off, it starts doing the circles again.

I would like to know is your services are up and running ? To check that Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Health > Service health and Check Power Automate and SharePoint Online status

Go to the environment settings and add Basic User Security Role to the user whom having the issue. Once its added wait for some time because the job will picks and updates the security roles of the user. Normally the hanging spinner is due to the user not being able to access the environment that the flows are stored in.

Even after that the issue still persists  create a ticket with MS Product Support team https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support/requests

    Hi Chris,

I'm not using Chrome myself. I'm using Edge as browser. Can you test if it is working flawlessly using Edge?

Hi @MS.Ragavendar I checked the services in the admin center and everything is working fine.  I am already an admin in the environment so I shouldn't be getting any permission issues.  The weird thing is the old editor seems to work fine, or if I open the Dev Tools in Chrome, it also works fine.

@André Arnaud de Calavon I tried it in Edge and it worked.  So strange!  Wondering how to make it work in Chrome?

    Hi Chris,

You can consider creating a support ticket for Microsoft Support and mention them about the issue. They can check if it is related to Chrome, specific versions or other settings.
