Power Automate Desktop is launching 2013 excel and outlook Instead of 2016

Always Launching 2013 version of outlook and Excel instead of 2016. We installed the office 2016 .

it is launching 2013 and asking for credentials multiple times and finally not launching outlook. 2013 Excel is opened instead of 2016. Thoughts please.

Maybe keep using anyone of version MS products if possible,

Well.. the simplest is to uninstall Office 2013.
But if you need to keep it for compatibility reasons, do not use the launch new excel action but the Launch application action, where you can provide the full path to Excel 2016 executable.
Once you have Excel open, use Excel action to attach to running instance and this will allow you to execute an other Excel actions.
I've seen similar thread recently so you can search forum for it.
