Cannot open Application with Run Application on PAD

Trying to open a desktop application with Power Automate Desktop. Tried on both windows 10 and windows 11 machines. Tried with power automate running as admin. I get this error:

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.PowerAutomateDesktop_10.0.4864.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\Hotkeys.xml'.

It says file not found.

Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.PowerAutomateDesktop_10.0.4864.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\Hotkeys.xml'

Is the xml file present at the above mentioned location?

Hotkeys.xml file is not there.
Other applications are opening just fine, so why does it need hotkey.xml for this program and/or how do I fix it?

I found a hotkeys.xml file in the Kareo program files folder, so I figured I would copy that into the power automate Windowsapps folder...

Ended up breaking windows app store and all app store apps including power automate! Never could get the file into the power automate folder, even though I could get it into the main windowsapps folder.

I had saved permissions for the windowsapps folder before messing with everything, but for some reason even after reverting to the saved permissions everything is still broken. Looks like I am going to have to clean install. And still no lead on running this application.

I fixed the app store and everything. Used some awesome script someone on superusers wrote for windowsapps errors.

No ideas why power automate can't run this program?

If anyone else stumbles upon this problem I did finally figure it out.

I added the working directory to the run command (had left it blank previously) and it works.
