How to update an item in a SharePoint list based on the changes made in another SharePoint List?

I have a List A with Analyst as Person/ Group column and Customer Name they're assigned to.

I have List B with Customer Name, Order Details.

I need to create a column in List B with Assigned Analyst which will refer List A and populate data.

How can I create a Power Automate flow that will map the Assigned Analyst value from List A into List B of SharePoint List ?

    @mitalipatel ,

    You could achieve this without building a flow.

    All you need is a lookup column. You can pull the required fields from List B into the List A

    Hi,

    I understand the Lookup option is there. However, if my list is already populated then the lookup doesn't work and rather provides a dropdown to choose from.

    What I'm looking for is as soon as changes are made in List A, it should automatically update List B without any manual intervention.

    Thanks 🙂

    The blog link you've shared does not show images. Can you share the flow snapshots if visible for you?
