Facing issues flows trigger condition

I have flow1 and flow 2 so my issue is that in my flow1 i have made a condition if customeremail address contains To(incoming email) then condition is true- create list item, else export email v2 action where i parked in temporary document library.

    The dynamic content from the received email will not be available in the second flow unless you save those values elsewhere and then call them. For example, you can use a SharePoint list. If you create columns to save the Subject, Date Received, and Sender in the SharePoint list in the first flow, you can then use those values as dynamic content from the trigger ‘When an item or file is modified’ in the second flow.

    Yes Right. But when i update properties action in Flow1 then flow 2 is started working if some of the columns which we need in flow 2 so what i mean is that in my flow1 country and company will be missing so in my flow1 it update properties for a file for Name,To,Subject,CC but unfortunately flow2 is triggering email which i can prevent
