selecting item from a drop down

If I use click link on web to activate and then click link on web with the specific date I am looking for, I can get it to work.

When I select "click link on web" to activate the drop down and then "Set drop-down list value on web page " It says that the list does not contain the option "March 31, 2025" but I know that it does because I can see it.

I have a 4 second pause in between. When I select the drop down list it says it is an unordered list. Then every item in the list i can see turns yellow, but it says March 31, 2025 is not in the list.

I appreciate any guidance.

Please check spaces in the date or see the value. and check the data type Text or Date format.

Yes, I have tried formatting it as text and date.

The field I am trying to work with is the Published Date drop down on this website.

I agree with @UshaJyothiKasibhotla. Try to check the value with the "Inspect" (press f12) to see what is the actual value since it could be formatted differently
