License required for “When an HTTP request is received” trigger

Hello,

I am currently using Power Automate with the free (Microsoft 365) license, and I am trying to create a flow using the “When an HTTP request is received” trigger.
However, I can’t find this trigger available with my current license, and I am unclear about the required licensing.

Could someone please clarify:

  • Which Power Automate license is required to use the “When an HTTP request is received” trigger?
  • Is it covered by Power Automate Premium, Per User, or Per Flow plans?
  • Is there any free daily quota available for this trigger?

    Any action with a diamond on it is a premium action. To use these, you need a Power Platform Premium license. See Types of Power Automate licenses - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn for more information. A per flow plan license also includes the use of premium actions as noted on this page.
