Is it possible to use line breaks?

Good afternoon, everyone!

I have a Flow set up that will capture info from a form, send an approval, and once approved, it will create a ticket in Freshservice using "Create a ticket (V2)". It all works just fine except the description for the ticket shows as one long sentence.

I did some searching around but couldn't really find an answer (I found an MS doc that says to use markdown language but I had no luck with that either). Do you folks have an suggestions?

We don't use Freshservice, so I have no idea how their actions work. But if their documentation says to use Markdown, you will format it like you do with Approvals, which also use Markdown for formatting. To add a line return, the easiest method is to include two line returns in the text (a blank line between the two paragraphs).

If that doesn't work, I would suggest sharing a screen shot of how you have the action configured showing the Markdown you used. Of course, I would confirm that the Freshservice action does indeed expect Markdown.

... adding to @David_MA, if the description text in FreshService accepts html, you could try a HTML line break: <b>

Yup, HTML did worked (though, in this case, it was <br>).

    Thank you.
