I have seen UI elements fails due to changes in the screen resolution or zoom. Is it physically impossible for me to share a flow to a team of people to us considering there resolution and screen sizes will not match mine?
Right. There is an action for setting the screeen resolution, but I have even seen remote connection with the same exact screen settings and the same exact monitors fail. This is not a PAD defect as much as a limitation of RPA, because I have had this problem with more than 1 RPA software. The best is to find an alternative method that does not use image based recognition. Image based should always be a last resort.
