Having trouble with a flow

Our department has created a flow for our Leave Calendar it had been working fine for a couple of months but out of nowhere this week it broke, and I cannot seem to get my head around what I am doing wrong.  I have been fiddling with it for a couple hours and trying to fix the error to no avail it's probably something stupidly simple that I glossed over or am misunderstanding but here is the flow.

Here is the error that keeps popping up now

Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated.

    Hi , @JR45

    This error code means that "items('Apply_to_each')?[resourceData]"  return a Object in your side instead of an array.

    The Apply to each's input need an array to loop[You need to check it in your flow run history].

    And in my thought , you do not need to use the Apply to each to loop.

    You can open the "Split on" in your trigger -setting:

    vyueyunmsft_0-1717723547399.png

    And then you can directly select the "Response Id" in your "Get response details" action.

    So I tried this solution and pulled out the apply to each. This is what the flow looks like now.

    Now I get a completely different error message.

    JR45_2-1718220506511.png

    It reads as followed.

    The request failed. Response content: '{"status":400,"message":"Parameter 'To' cannot be null or empty.\r\nclientRequestId: 21e37509-b1e4-4c3a-bc6e-cd4b0d689d57","error":{"message":"Parameter 'To' cannot be null or empty."},"source":"office365-ncus.azconn-ncus-001.p.azurewebsites.net"}'.

    Hi , @JR45

    Thanks for your response! This error code means that the output of your "Manager Email" is blank/null from your "Get response details 2" action:

    Can you check why the "Manager Email" return blank/null in your flow run history ?

    So when I go to the Flow history the only in the error details window this is displayed.

    The request failed. Response content: '{"status":400,"message":"Parameter 'To' cannot be null or empty.\r\nclientRequestId: df212505-40bb-4ade-8d7e-1ed81f6a8390","error":{"message":"Parameter 'To' cannot be null or empty."},"source":"office365-ncus.azconn-ncus-001.p.azurewebsites.net"}'.

    and in the flow it shows the same

    Hi , @JR45

    Thanks for your response! I mean you need to check the output in your "Get response details 2" action(instead of the "Send email with options 2" action), why the [Manager's Email] field return null in your side.

    Best Regards,

    Yueyun Zhang

    When I look at get the details this is the error that displays

    {
      "error": {
        "code""707",
        "message""UnauthorizedAccess to CDB. Inner Message: {\"error\":{\"code\":\"OperationForbidden\",\"message\":\"Unauthorized Access\",\"innerError\":{\"code\":\"UnauthorizedAccess\"}}}",
        "@ms.form.error.type""ExpectedFailure"
      }

    SO I actually caught the error in that just now but now it goes all the way up to sending the email and sends me this error message when I have it set up this way.

    JR45_2-1719581717975.png

    JR45_0-1719583277988.png

    But when I set it up this way it succeeds but does not send an email, pull the calendar and does not create an event.

    JR45_5-1719581913502.png

    This is the bottom part of the raw inputs for the send email with options 2 that pops up which may be an issue as well
