Hi,

I created a personal outlook account. I am able to login and it was showing Default Environment. When i tried to create automated flow using outlook, im getting below error

Failed to create connection for connection id '/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_outlook/connections/shared-outlook-9014ade4-fa62-4499-bd31-60164a70a405'. The environment data loss prevention policies for environment: 'c0f086cd-ba39-edc5-af2b-c06f95fbf492' could not be found.

Can't we use personal outlook account to create a flow with M365 connectors?

    Hi,

Nope, only M365 accounts. If you're using your personal account you have to use outlook.com connector, not the Office Outlook 365 one: Overview of using Outlook and Power Automate - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

    Thank you Sam.

Its mentioned as PowerAutomate license is for 15$, by buying this plan can I get the M365 account as combo or else do I need to buy the M365 separately with other plan?

I am asking for personal account to be practiced(PowerAutomate  flow, Power automate for desktop) and learned at home not for any group/business.

Please guide me with your valuable info.

    Thank you.
