Is there a way to use Power Automate to delegate a user's mailbox to another user?

Hi,

No there isn't really a way to do this. That's because if a user gives the author access to their account, they essentially have access to everything for that user.

Viable options:

Email forward specific message you want Power Automate to process to your own account, service account, or shared inbox. Or get on the cc: of those emails so you want work with their emails as a cc.

Thank you for the prompt response. I was looking for a way to user Power Automate to delegate a user mailbox to the manager when that user leaves the company.
