I have built a flow wherein if an item is created in a list, an approval will be triggered. We demoed it to the approvers but 1 approver said that he didn't receive any email from Microsoft Flow. There were 3 names in the assigned to for 'start and wait for an approval' and 2 of them got the email.
Is there a way to add something like a Request a Delivery Receipt or Read Receipt feature for 'start and wait for an approval' just to confirm if all the approvers got their email?

I dont think this feature exists but I would try the following:
1) Check the email wasn't sent and got lost in the inbox
2) Check the email didn't go to junk/spam
3) When an email is not received, do they still the task in Teams
4) According to here, check if approval email IPs are not blocked or filtered blocked according to this which can result in occasional missing emails. The link to the approval email IP ranges are here.
