AI builder internal server error

I am working on a flow which uses AI builder prompts to extract information from emails in outlook. I was testing today and one moment the ai builder prompts were working, and suddenly they stopped working, it has been like this for over 30 minutes now. 
It gives an error: Encountered internal server error. The tracking Id is '81c3378b-1d94-46fa-84fb-b70753a41d8b'.

Is there something I can do about it because I have tried a lot, trying connection again etc. or is this something to do with Microsoft servers that are down?

    Based on your symptoms, this is most likely a temporary service issue with AI Builder rather than a problem in your flow.
     
    When prompts suddenly stop working and return an “internal server error,” it usually indicates backend instability or capacity issues.
     
    The best approach is to validate with a simple test flow, check service health, and wait for the service to recover, as these issues are typically resolved by Microsoft

    I tried using it in another flow and it worked there, I then went back to my original flow and it still gave the same error. It has now almost been a day. I can't find any other options on why this would happen.
