DLP Policy Exception Request — CSM Automated Notifications (catmgmt-noreply)

Posted on by

Hi,

Two of our Power Automate Flows were suspended today due to Data Loss Prevention policy "Policy 1 - Standard", which restricts the HttpRequestReceived API (HTTP Request trigger):

  1. CSM Calendar Invite - catmgmt-noreplyFlow link

  2. CSM Send Email - catmgmt-noreply — (same environment, same trigger type)

  3.

What these Flows do:

  • Send automated email notifications and calendar invites from our shared mailbox (catmgmt-noreply@amazon.com) to internal WFM merchandising team members

  • Support our Category Review process coordination (~14 team members, internal-only)

  • Triggered by our internal desktop tool (Amazon Quick) via webhook

Impact:

  • All automated notifications to our category review team are blocked

  • We have a UAT kickoff scheduled July 6 that depends on these Flows being active

Request:
Could we get an exception for the HttpRequestReceived trigger for these two Flows (or for our environment)? They are internal-only, send exclusively to @amazon.com addresses, and do not connect to external services.

Happy to schedule a call or provide more details about the use case. Please let me know the process and timeline for an exception.

Forum members do not have control over your company's DLP policies. You should contact someone in your DLP or IT department for assistance. Even if you were requesting this as a feature request, it would need to be submitted here Power Automate Ideas · Community instead of in the forums.
