    Can you provide more information on what "plan designer fundamentals" is? Did you get an e-mail or see this on a website? Searching the web for that term brings me to your post as the first result.

If so, that is self-paced. When you're ready to take the exam, you can sign up at Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals - Certifications | Microsoft Learn.
