Hi,

We have team channel with 300 users, only the 1st 100 members are getting the pings, the power automate flows says the process is successfully while only 100 people received the ping

how do i increase the number of people it can ping from 100 to 300 ?

Hi @aparnaa ,

Do you want to mention multiple people in a message by 'Post message in a chat or channel' action? If so, I'm afraid that is not available, cause there is a known limitation says 'A single message can only @mention up to 20 users and 20 tags.'

I'm not really sure why you can mention 100 people at the same time, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

In addition, at the moment I suggest you send three messages to make sure you can @mention everyone
