Hey - is it somehow possible to build the flow into some file that you can share with anyone so they would double-click the file and the flow would start automatically?
You can share the flow with other people or export the flow and send the file to the other person that imports it in Power Automate cloud.
Then the person can create a shortcut from Power Automate Desktop when they have the flow. They do need to have paid license.
