Hi,
Yes, you can do this on a schedule in a cloud flow and is pretty easy to setup and get running quickly. Here I am taking a snapshot of our DoorDash portal screens, I want these screenshots for tracking purposes.
To do this on a schedule, I have a scheduled cloud flow that runs hourly during business hours. That cloud flow calls a desktop flow and does the rest. Your Run a Desktop for Power Automate can run attended or unattended mode and to take a screenshot, it only takes a minute to complete.
Here I have my desktop flow.
The cloud flow...
Notice above in the desktop flow, I save the screenshot with the file name currentdate-time-randomnumber.png. I also assign that current date-time/random number to an output variable so I am passing the value back to the cloud flow because you need it to attach to an email in your cloud flow.
The get file content using path looks like this. Notice I am referring to an output variable in my desktop flow which is the file name of the screenshot.
I have a couple different images but if you just have one, use on compose.
Here's the send email. Your image is the output of the compose.
