Does anyone know why power automate keep creating untitled pages while the entire flow to auto create a one note page runs fine. Just this title is not working

    As suggested by @Vish WR, please provide details as much as possible, like what are you trying to achieve and what are you doing to achieve it.
     
    This usually happens when the Title field is empty or invalid at runtime, even though the flow completes successfully. When OneNote receives a blank/unsupported title, it defaults to “Untitled page.”

    Common causes:
    • The dynamic value used for Title evaluates to empty
    • HTML or rich text is passed instead of plain text
    • Leading/trailing spaces or unsupported characters
    • Using the OneNote connector instead of OneNote (Business)
    Fix:
    • Ensure the Title field contains plain, non‑empty text
    • Use a Compose with trim() and pass its output
    • Prefer OneNote (Business) connector
    Once a valid title is sent at runtime, the page name will work as expected.
