Data storage in the Common Data Service (per user) 20 MB 200 MB
I see below data storage for p1 and p2 plans. Does this mean if we have 10 users in p1 there is only 200mb space?
Does this mean with this plan you can store few hundred records in CDM? Whats the additional cost if we have tables with millions of records? also if we buy p2 plan and store data in 200MB storage can p1 user access and update p2 user cdm table?

    Hi AmitLoh,

For your questions, the answers are included here:

    https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

You will be able to buy additional when you use all the data storage, file storage, and flow runs included in per user licenses. Details will follow soon.

You can mix and match PowerApps licenses, and licenses that include PowerApps capabilities, across the users in your organization. For example, if there are 100 users in your organization, 50 may be licensed with Office 365, 20 with Dynamics plans, 25 with PowerApps Plan 1, and 5 with PowerApps Plan 2. Compare the features in each plan to choose the mix that meets your team’s or organization’s needs.

About CDM table sharing permissions, see here https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/database-security/ about security for the Common Data Service.

    Regards,

    Mona
