Excited about installing the IPA kit but I can't get past this error screen?
I seem to have all the necessary licenses?

It seems that there is a problem with the package on AppSource.

While we fix the App source problem, we have added the starter kit to GitHub as well https://github.com/microsoft/PowerApps-Samples/tree/master/ai-builder/starter-kit/invoice-processing
