We had a flow that failed to run from online Form submissions intermittently today. It occurred for about 6 hours starting at 9a ET. There does not seem to be any reasoning to the failed records. Some triggered the flow during this time, some did not. By 4p ET it was resolved.
Is there a way to request the most recent data from a Microsoft form rather than relying on a triggering event? OR any ideas why this happened or how to monitor for it?

All Forms responses can be exported to Excel - click on the Responses tab and the click on Open in Excel. The Excel file includes the date and time of each response.
It appears as though there was an issue yesterday and that is unfortunate. If you have any type of admin permissions in your tenant, you can and should make a habit of going to the admin center on a daily basis and checking the Service Health - service outages and degradation can be viewed there.
