While creating flow- >new step->More is missing

Hi,

I am creating new flow and want to use:"Add an apply to each" action.

clicking New step:

I dont have the option "... More"

    I cannot seem to reproduce your issue:

    Would you please try again to create a new one from blank to test?

    I create flow from blank and not from template and its works.
