Is it possible to modify this Google Sheets Flow from the PAD Gallery to be used for extracting the File ID, File Name, and WebContentLink metadata (URL of the File) for multiple files within a specific folder in Google Drive?

That's a completely different API. The article you referenced uses the Google Sheets API, to read a Google Spreadsheet. You need to use the Google Drive API. See here for reference: https://developers.google.com/drive/api/guides/about-sdk

It seems to be doable, but I couldn’t find a step by step tutorial for doing it.

Thanks. I was able to follow the Google Drive API documentation to get this to work.
