If you just want to mark all the emails that the "Retrieve email messages from Outlook" -action returns as Read then you can do without looping just in the "Retrieve email messages from Outlook" -action there is "Mark as read" toggle. Toggle that ON and all the emails that action returns will be marked as read.

Or if you only want to mark certain emails you are looping then you can use that same action to Mark as read. You just try to make it return only that one email you are looping. So use Same From and Subject as you currently looped email has. Problem here might be that you might have multiple emails with same subject and from same sender.

If you have premium lisence try using Office 365 Outlook actions:

There you have "Mark as read or unread" -action.

The GetEmailsV3Response returns a list of the emails and each email has attribute "id". Use that in MessageId.

That might be because "Original Mailbox Address" is not correct.
Try the action without populating anything in the "Original Mailbox Address"
