Flows Failing-You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of specified account

We are suddenly getting SharePoint Flow failures.  The send from exchange account looks to now be using the new outlook while the rest of our company still is using classic.  Has anyone else started encountering a similar issue in the recent past?  Ours just started about 20 days ago.

    If you are referring SharePoint SendEmail API to send emails then MS has retired it.

    • Use the “Send an email from a shared mailbox (V2)” action and set Original Mailbox Address to the shared mailbox.

    • In Exchange Admin Center → that shared mailbox → Manage delegates, grant Send As (preferred) or Send on behalf to the account behind your Outlook connector. Then wait a few minutes and test again.
