Flow won't move email in Shared Inbox

I have a cloud flow that should move an email from a shared Inbox.

The flow triggers correctly, fires an SQL stored procedure which based on the sender email address returns the operator for that client.
This all works correctly. Based on a return it then attempts to move the email to the operator's specific sub-folder in the shared Email account.

This fails constantly with the following error.

The specified object was not found in the store., The process failed to get the correct properties.

I have read many possible fixes none of which seem to have any effect. The account has permission on the Inbox and subfolders.

I have tried all kinds of syntax's of results sets including the Inbox/ not including it etc. but keep getting the error.
It's extremely frustrating. It's as if the connector can't see the folders and is broken, but I've deleted it and recreated it. I've recreated the flow from scratch more than once. The original final part of the flow below;

    Try to retrieve the target folder ID and and use it in "Move Email (V2)" action.
