No, making them co-owner isn't enough. When your account gets deleted, the flows will break because all the connections are running on your login.
You need to actually transfer ownership.
Quick way:Add your boss as co-owner first. Then have them log in, open each flow, and click "Save As". This makes a new copy where they own it. Important: they need to go into the new flow and reconnect everything using their own account.
Cleaner way:Create a Solution in Power Automate. Add your flows to it by clicking Add existing, then Automation, then Cloud flow. Once the flow is in a solution, you can just change the owner field to your boss.
