I built some flows and then shared them with my team. As I am the owner, and on the team (shared via the AD group / whatever MS Teams created for my team), it appears that the button is duplicated in the app. It shows up twice.

Please check in the Power Automate portal if there are two Button Flows with the same name in the My flows and Team flows list.
In addition, please try to log out of the account and then log in again, maybe mobile app have not cleared the cache after sharing Flow to other users/groups.

There are no other flows with the same name at all. Logged out and back in, no change.
