Hi all
looks like I need help...

My flow is running smoothly...

so, my flow is like this.."when a file is added in business onedrive it will send an email (V2) notification to that person"

The question is, how do I add the person's email manager to the CC column?

Under office 365 there is a "Get Manager" function that takes in the UPN that should give you what you are looking for to add the manager to the cc of your send email.

Sure, here is a simplified version just sticking the manager's email into a compose.

Since I can't see into your steps I am working under the assumption that you have the user principal name in the to of the send email there. I am also working under the assumption that the users have mangers setup (a good way to check would be in teams under organization on the user).

I would stick the get manager in your apply to each putting the same user principal name from your send email into the get manager. Then just add on the user principal name from the get manager to the cc field of your send email.

    thanks for the answe

but I will show the details of the already created flow (attached)

The flow runs smoothly and a notification email is sent to the employee who added the file in OneDrive (business)..

if I want to add cc to the employee's manager email, please help me what the flow should be..

    Thanks

You can use the Get Manager (V2) action in Power Automate to retrieve the person's manager's email from Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). Then, include it in the CC field of the "Send an email (V2)" action. Let me know if you need a step-by-step guide.
Also, if you're managing email signatures, tools like Exclaimer can help ensure consistency across all outgoing emails.
