„Wait for an approval“ actions in Power Automate flows aren’t waiting for approval response. They end immediately, with a result of „Success“, but produce empty response and response summary. The approval is still visible as awaiting approval in the „Sent Approvals“ tab. The flow in question is this one: https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/Default-b804e519-1cc6-497d-a95f-e00204c038ee/flows/e3eb8136-1639-01e9-da4c-b5166adb4114/details We’ve tried using a new Approvals connection, re-creating the action in the flow, changing action timeout, and other common workaround, but none of them helped. The issue started appearing seemingly last week and is still occuring. It affects about 95% flow runs, but some of them manage to wait for approval correctly for unknown reasons.
Please share a screen shot of your flow and how the approval is configured. Also, share a screen shot of the approval action from a flow run that shows the approval did not wait. I have never seen what you are describing occur unless you are not using the correct approval action, which can be determined by the screen shot once you upload it.
