Pipedrive event created by flow does not add time correctly

I created a stream of Pipedrive and Outlook Calendar, whereby creating an event in Pipedrice it creates an event in the Outlook calendar.
The Flow works, however the timezone does not agree with the created in Pipedrive, by default it is inserting a +0, but my time zone would be -3. Even changing in the stream to my time zone does not work.

    Working with Dates and Times inside of your Flows
