Power Automate Process License - Missing Premium Connectors

Hello,

I'm relatively new to the Power Automate Desktop.

Recently we had acquired a Power Automate Process license for Unattended RPA and assigned to an environment (dedicated for PAD).  Though the license seems to be applied and RPA Unattended is enabled, It seems the Premium Connectors are not available.

I have access to the environment where the Unattended license is assigned, please help me on below:

1. Premium Connectors - show crossed in red, which means not available.

But as per the licensing guide the Premium connectors are part of the plan.UnattendedMode.png

2. Go Premium - Still showing "Go premium" as status on the PAD development console.

Please correct if I have a different understanding.  Thanks in advance!

I have the same question (0)

    I believe that premium connectors are included with the Power Automate Process license, but it seems they may not be activated in your environment or user account. Simply click on "Go Premium," as it typically activates automatically(this is worked many times when I am using trail version); otherwise, it will forward the request to your admin team.

    Upon you request, the will receive your request on the below portal if they approved it your premium connectors will be activated.

    https://admin.microsoft.com/#/licenses/requestspage

    In the meantime, you can also verify if you have assigned the correct license to your environment by visiting the following link:

    https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/capacity#add-ons

    Click on your environment, and on the right-hand side, it will display all the licenses assigned to your environment.

    If nothing works, Please raise a ticket to Microsoft support team to look out this issues.

    @Deenuji ,

    Thanks much for your reply on the topic.  I see the license is assigned with "Power Automate Process".

    under https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/capacity#add-ons

    Clicking "Go premium" has two options - 1. Start Trial 2. Submit request.

    Upon you request, the will receive your request on the below portal if they approved it your premium connectors will be activated.

    https://admin.microsoft.com/#/licenses/requestspage

    "Submit request" is something again to assign a new license by admin? correct me here

    Thanks

    @Jameelrrf

    As I comprehend it, when we purchase a Power Automate Process license, it is expected to include premium connectors, as indicated on the Microsoft website and in the documentation provided below.

    If you opt to purchase the Power Automate unattended RPA license as an add-on, it necessitates having a valid Power Automate Premium or Power Automate per flow license.

    Yeah if you raise the request your admin will get notification like below and they can assign requested license.

    Always license part is bit confusing here.

    In case if you still not able to figure it out. Please raise ticket to MS as mentioned below:

    i have same situation about power automate process license @Jameelrrf

    Follow license guideline ,we only have automate process license for run automate cloud flow and unattained flow.
    But ,actually we must use power automate premium + power automate process for  connect with cloud and desktop unattained mode
