My flow linked to PowerApps does not create a file in sharepoint

Hi,

I am very new to PowerApps and Power Automate.

I built an app to capture daily work data which should populate a word form using Power Automate. I watch several videos and read hundreds of posts and finally got the app to work with the flow I created. My app and flow works perfectly when I test it but it doesn't create the file in SharePoint. I tried to alternatively create a file in OneDrive but still no luck.

I have about 165 fields in the word form that should be populated. Could that be a reason?

Below is a screenshot of my flow.

Is there something I missed or anything else I can try?

Thank you in advance.

It would be nice if you could share the solution with the community @Nsaaiman

I had the folder path wrong.

But now I sit with another issue, the data that gets fed from PowerApps ends up in the wrong places on my word file. I made sure that the field ID's in my word file and PowerApps is the same. What could be the problem?
