    Please share:
    • The exact connector being used (Microsoft 365 Outlook, Outlook.com, Shared Mailbox, etc.)
    • The full error message from Run History
    • Whether the failure occurs in the trigger or an action
    With the detailed error, the root cause can usually be identified very quickly.
