Flow works correctly but I receive no notification

Hi,

I have created a flow for a Planner task to be created after a Forms has been submitted with notification (success or failure). The flow works correctly but I do not get any notification. A few days ago it still worked but all of a sudden I don't get any notification.

Can anybody help, please?

Can you please show a flow that has already run, so we can see where it terminated? Is the final email showing a "success" green checkmark, and you're still not receiving a notification? Or is it not even making it to that point?

Hi @TanjaK,

Actually, the Send me an email notification action will send an email to your email address that you used to login the Power Automate.

In addition, please try to delete the connection you created for the Send me an email notification and re-build it.

Hi,
I rebuilt the email notification. The flow works fine (see screenshot), but I still don't receive an email notification.

And as I mentioned in my first post at the beginning the notification worked fine and I got an email notification.
Any other idea perhaps?

As I mentioned earlier the flow works fine, but I don't get an email notification ever after rebuilding that part of the flow.

Make sure that you have checked your inbox in your outlook and any other folder.

I checked all my folders, nothing.
I reached out to our system administrator of Office 365 and he controlled my mail-address. Everything works fine, so I really don't know, what to do.

Hi @TanjaK,

Could it be a possibility that you have posted a different email address in the Send an email action?

I mean the login outlook email address is different with the one you put in your flow.

No, I checked the mail and it's the right one, the same I'm using here. In fact, I have no other.

Hello,
I have the same issue.
I've also tried to create a dummy flow, to send one notification.
The email retrieved is correct.

The flow output is ok, return status 200.

I get no email, nothing in the junk folder, nothing in quarantine / antispam.

What should I check?
