Cannot Create New Session error

I signed up for the 90-day trial and was attempting to run my desktop flows from a cloud flow.

When I call it to run attended, runs fine. When I try the unattended, I get the above error. I did see other posts about it and saw one where it suggested giving permission through NT Service\UIFlowService. That service wasn't running on my work laptop. Couldn't find it listed anywhere. Second was to go under the Power Automate Machine Troubleshoot and change the account. I did that and entered my username and password and it created a connection.

From the screen shots below, the laptop, cloud connection and machine listing all have the green check marked connected.

I am totally clueless on what to check next, how to test, etc? It's finding the machine because it runs attended. It's clearly something with the sign on process or something? I'm an accountant so the sessions windows parts get me confused.

Screenshots

The machine has it's Connected.

The web portal has the connection is good.

And the machines listed on the web has it listed as Connected

Which 90 day trial? Running unattended cloud flows is a different tier of license, so it could be that your trial is not applicable.

You are correct. Welp, I'm out of ideas. I'll move this message into the PAD forum, they'll probably be able to help you out.

I think the active user session is running on target machine.

Make sure that active user always “Sign out”, not “Lock” or “Disconnect”

When I was logged in the first time I tried, it threw a different error. I was sure then to make sure it was logged out.

I was still reading more on the error and I came across this on the Microsoft help. It almost sounds like it runs a Remote Desktop Session? I checked and my Remote Desktop on the target is not enabled and it's an organizational setting I can't turn on. Is the error saying it can't create the Remote Desktop session because I can't enable it? I might have been wrong thinking it was a Windows sign in issue or something.

You might be right "Remote Desktop should be enabled on the target compute".
