Trying to call Desktop flow in Instant cloud flow- Error

Hi,

 

I'm trying to call a DT flow from my Power Automate flow maker page.

 

I have installed the desktop app and browser extentions but I still get this message.

 

We're using an existing data gateway at our company.

 

What are we doing wrong?

    Hi Daniel, 

     

    I think it just related to your On-Premise data gateway. 

     

    You should try to uninstall the data gateway on your current computer and re-install it with the latest version. 

    Then just make sure it has the correct Data gateway name, User name, and password. 

     

    It is still working well for me. I just did a new installation for data gateway on my computer.
