Hi,

I am getting error "There's a problem with the flow's trigger. Fix the trigger" when a flow is triggered based on "Shared mail box".  I have owner permissions to this mail box.

I am trying to capture the emails that are coming to the shared email Inbox.

can anyone suggest me what went wrong here?

    @Anonymous

    I have the same error message in some of my flows, but apparently they are executed properly, so at the end I did not paid attention to the warning. Very interested to see if somebody else has an explanation

    Thanx por posting!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    When using a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2) as a trigger, we need to pay attention to the following two points:

    1. The account used to create the connection needs to be the Owner or Member of this shared mailbox.
    2. Remove the following semicolons when configuring the Mailbox Address.

    Please make sure the above steps are correct. If you find that the problem persists after saving Flow, you can try the following methods to solve your problem:

    • Use Save as to create a copy of Flow, then turn on Flow and configure the connection. This problem should be solved.
    • Or you can export the Flow as a .zip file and import it as a new Flow. After configuring the connection, check whether the problem still exists.

    Hope this helps.

    #1: I am the owner of shared mailbox

    #2: It doesn't have the semicolon after the email.
