Hi Everyone.
I need help. I am stuck and cannot solve my problem. I am a newbie.
I have created a Flow and a Child flow. The flow runs and Succeeds except the very last step in the branch is going the wrong way and thus the action I am trying to achieve is not being filled.
To give a little context this is from a page on a Power Pages website where a Support ticket can be raised. The ticket is assigned to a department and an automated email is sent to the customer as well as Note being stored on the actual case in the Model Driven App.
I have put some screenshots here in case there is anyone who could give me pointers to fix my problem, they will be in this post and then replies, as I can only attach 3 screenshots at a time this topic.
