Set up conditional emails based on a name

My work would like to use a Microsoft form as a Drop-in Monitoring tool.

When the senior member of staff does a visit in a classroom, they will select the name of the staff they are observing and fill out the form.

As soon as the form is submitted, it will naturally store on Excel online. But they would also like the person being observed to automatically receive the responses about their lesson via email.

I am aware of how to set up a flow based on responses.

But how do I set up a flow that is conditional based on which ever name is selected and that name be linked to their own individual email?

eg.

Ross is observed in lesson. his feedback is automatically sent to Ross@hotmail.com (example)

then two minutes later

I hope that makes sense and any help would be much appreciated.

Andy is observed in lesson, his feedback is automatically sent to Andy@hotmail.com(example)

    Hi @Rtaylor20 ,

Could you please show your current flow?

Here is a guidance for your reference.

    concat(dynamic content of staff name,'@hotmail.com')
