I give up... Where to find someone to make it for me?

After too many YouTube videos, this fun project has turned into not being so much fun anyone.

I have a pretty good idea of exactly what exactly I want done, just not sure how to accomplish it and make the flow. I have for the most part given up on making it myself, so my question is where do I go to find someone who can? Do I look on Fiverr? Do community members offer their services on here for people that are willing to pay?

Here is what I am trying to accomplish with my flow: (anything in ' ' are dynamic content that are rows in an excel table I have linked)

- IF 'Status' is pending AND 'Due Date' 7 days or more = send email #1; THEN update 'Last Onboarding Reminder' column
- IF 'Status' is pending AND 'Due Date' 6 days or less = send email #2; THEN update 'Last Onboarding Reminder' column
- WHEN 'Due Date' is 3 days or less, Send email #3; THEN update 'I-9 Reminder Sent' column (not sure if this should just be a second flow)

1. Use a scheduled trigger to trigger daily
2. get excel rows to get the table data
3. For each/loop on the response of step2
4. If condition to check the status is pending
5. on then side use one more if to check if the due date is less than todays date minus 7 (for this use compose and add days to utcnow()
6. Depending on that add send email on then and else sides of second if
7. on the first if else side use one more if condition to check if due date is less than now - 3 days and then on then side send email again and on else dont

Used Chatgpa to create this flow attached. ( WHEN 'Due Date' is 3 days or less, Send email #3; THEN update 'I-9 Reminder Sent' column)

Email sends to the correct people, but table is not updating. Any ideas? Maybe shouldn't be ISO 8601?

Thats excellent..alteast you were able to move

1. first check flow run page to see what is the format that the value date is formatted into
2. what is the column type for the value you are setting?
