Why isn't my Office 365 Outlook trigger working?

It keeps telling me that the When a new email arrives (v3) trigger isn't working because "OpenApiConnectionNotification is not supported." See photos in comments for more details

Hi there!

I can't see your attachment because you attached it vs paste in a png directly into your post. It could take days+. That said, here's the most likely root cause aligned with quite a few others I've answered just like this one.

It's most likely because you are selected the Outlook.com trigger vs the Outlook 365 trigger; they are different and often accidently mis-used for one or the other. Please delete the trigger and select the correct one OR paste in your flow picture and terror so we can see it.

Also, please note that my colleagues who are using the same workflow have not encountered this issue
