Best Practices - AI Builder Table Extraction

I am training model for Invoices. If i use Default Items Table and tag my table fields using Advanced tagging mode. No matter what i tag/select
Upon training it returns to its default selection.
Basic tagging mode for invoices is also not enough. In Basic mode you draw your rows and columns, it don't work accurate if row height changes due to its contents.

Are there any best practices or you have also concluded that AI builder is just not good enough?

    Hello

    Thanks for reaching out.

It seems to be a bug.
Could you try creating a custom table instead of using the default Items table?

I’ll keep you posted as soon as I hear back from the dev team regarding a resolution.

    Thanks,
    Philippe

Hi plarrue, This has happened in multiple environments.
I have tries using custom table, they work fine with tagging but their number fields are not working right. I am training on European invoices, so i have to select comma as decimal separator, And AI builder just ignores no matter how many times i train.

Could you please confirm which date format you are using in your custom table?

Additionally, could you share your sample files with me in a private message, or alternatively create a support ticket so that we can attempt to reproduce the issue on our side?

    thanks

    Hi @plarrue
I am not using any date format. I am using Number format and the choosing "Comma as decimal separator". Model completely skips the comma.

unluckily, i don't see any option to share invoice files privately.
