Flow is getting failed in action 'Convert word to PDF' i have attached the screenshot for the reference.

Do check

Check the file status (checkout)

Check if the file is open anywhere

When you open the file, are you able to see the content?

Before converting, add a small delay (5-10 seconds)

Also

Try creating the file and convert to verify if its working

1. Populate Word Template (Word Online Business)
2. Create file (SharePoint)
→ File Content = Output of step 1
3. Get file content
4. Convert Word Document to PDF
→ File = Identifier from Create file OR Get file content
