E-mail created in Power Automate does not display table

Hi.

I have created a Power Automate flow that should gather 4 columns of a Sharepoint List and send by e-mail every 2 weeks.

There are not errors in the Flow and the e-mail arrives when I test it, but the table is not displayed.

The flow is below.

Can someone support me to understand what is wrong?

Thank you.

Daniela.

You can utilize the Create HTML Table action from the Data Operations built-in connector. You can manually select the columns that you want included in your table, and the action will create the table that you can simply attach to your email action.

I am attaching a few screenshots for your reference.

    Overall flow:

    Get items:
Select your SharePoint site and list. You can add filters, queries, and top count as per your requirements.

    Create HTML table:
Select body/value from Dynamic Content in the From parameter. Choose Custom in the Columns advanced parameters and choose the individual columns you want displayed in your email.

    Send an email (V2):
Select the necessary fields and choose the output of the Create HTML table action in the Body parameter of this action.

    Result:

Please  Does this answer your question if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item.
